During my time at Vitabiotics, now 17 years, I have been proud to represent many leading brands and effective quality products that have helped millions of people with their health at different life stages. Throughout my career here I have had the privilege of working with lots of talented and great people, both colleagues and clients. Vitabiotics has always given me a balance of guidance and autonomy to take decisions in my role and our COO and CEO make my opinions and judgement feel respected and valued. It is exciting to see how much the company has consistently grown and is still growing; we still have so much potential for growth and success to come as a company, as individuals and as a team which I feel confident we will achieve together.

During my 10-year career at Vitabiotics, I've had many opportunities to learn and develop professionally. I've received incredible support and guidance from senior management which allowed me to get out of my comfort zone and passionately, successfully lead my team by helping them achieve and bring out the best in them.

I have been in the role for 8 months and have been fortunate to have worked for many global FMCG companies. So, the key for me joining VB was the Leadership vision for the Company. Especially, as they are embarking on investing in a supply chain transformation project. There are many exciting and challenging tasks ahead for the Company. I can see the culture is increasingly open, transparent and inclusive as we embrace improved ways of working. This gives me and others the opportunity to truly make an impact to the way we work @ VB. It is great to be a part of the Vitabiotics journey.

I've been with Vitabiotics for just over 3 years, and it has been both an exciting and rewarding journey. During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to grow within my role and continuously develop my skills. The supportive and collaborative environment makes a real difference—I feel valued, heard, and motivated to contribute each day.
